About Barevny zivot

Barevny zivot z.s. is registered in Czechia, organisation number is 22884611, operating since 2011. We are a voluntary organisation that helps people in needs like homeless, older adults, pregnant women, drug-addicted, minorities and other socially disadvantaged groups. Our mission can be described as the following:

What can we offer?

Work with older adults at risk

Older adults frequently face social isolation. This causes many mental health issues (including dementia) which can be avoided.

Services for immobile people

People on a wheelchair or other people with moving difficulties are the typical group at risk. Our volunteers organise actions to help.

Supporting & creating communities

Many socially malignant phenomenons can be avoided if the community interferes. Support from the community is crucial.

Integrating socially excluded

Many minorities and socially stigmatized people have difficulties with integrating to society. It is one of our main purposes to help.

Help to homeless people find home

People who end up on the street can often come back to the normal life if they have help from others. We are capable to help the homeless.

Education activities for children

Take preventive actions is important in order to avoid socially malignant phenomenons. This is why we educate children.
